Certificate Issuance

If you need to have a certificate sent to you, please contact the Division of Student Records by E-mail with the following information:

  1. Student ID number at AIU: 
  2. Your Full Name: 
  3. Your Date of Birth: 
  4. Type of Certificate (e.g. Official Transcript/Certificate of Enrollment) 
  5. Number of Certificates 
  6. Language (EN/JP) 
  7. Recipient's Name & Address 
  8. Submission Destination and Purpose
  9. Copy of ID (Preferably Passport)

NOTE:

  • We issue paper-based certificates only.
  • Delivery fees will be covered by AIU.
