国際教養大学長期ビジョン（2014-2023）を策定しました
この度、開学１０周年を迎えるにあたり、将来の持続的な発展に向け、概ね１０年後の本学の目指すべき姿や方向性を定め、具体的な取組に反映させるため、国際教養大学長期ビジョンを策定いたしました。
本日（4/21）、同ビジョンの策定を受け、本学の佐々木常務理事が、佐竹秋田県知事を訪問し、長期ビジョンの実現に向けた支援等を要請してまいりました。
今後、設立団体である秋田県の御理解をいただきながら、長期ビジョンに基づき、「日本の高等教育の景色を変える」新たな取組に挑戦し、我が国の国際教養教育の先頭に立つ世界水準の大学として、グローバル社会のリーダーとなり得る人材を育成してまいります。

The Akita International University Long-Term Vision was developed to observe the 10th anniversary since the University’s founding to reflect and further solidify the direction of AIU in the coming 10 years.
With the cooperation of Akita Prefecture, the founding organization, the Long-Term Vision will endeavor to “Change the Higher Education Landscape in Japan”, while leading developments in international liberal arts, education in Japan, through our global-standard education and continued fostering of global human leaders.
