**Program Fee includes room & board, and activities.
Payment Method and Policy
Students will receive further information on the payment method with the notification of acceptance.
Students are required to complete the payment by May 15.
Admission to the Summer Program will be canceled if the payment is not made by the deadline.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation
Students who wish to withdraw from the program must contact AIU by email. They must also have their study abroad coordinator at their home university notify AIU of participation cancellation.

Refund Policy
If students cancel before 17:30, Japan time on May 31, a portion of the program fee will be refunded as below.
Fee-paying Students: 213,800 JPY (Tuition Fee and 50% of the Program Fee)
Exchange Students: 125,000 JPY (50% of the Program Fee)
If students cancel after the deadline above, no amount of any fees already paid will be refunded.
